750at Cybex
Whats the difference between the Cybex 750AT Total Body Arc Trainer and a Precor Elliptical?
Im trying a new gym that has the Cybex 750AT, I use to working out on the Precor Elliptical and I’m not sure they are the same. I like the Elliptical better, I felt more of my work out. After 25 min on the Cybex it said I burned 500 calories, it usually takes 50 min on a Elliptical to do that, is that even possible? So the question really is, which is better and what burns more calories.
Its just the motion your body goes through & the impact it has on your bones, use the one that feels easier on your body.
