8530 Weider

Weider Gym 8530 workouts?

I bought a Weider 8530 recently (used), and am wondering if anyone knows of all of the workouts. I heard there was a poster that came with the original?
I can figure out all of the obvious ones, but I am just wondering what I can’t think of.
