Cybex 750a Arc Trainer calories burned estimator?
I use this at the gym and in 15 min I burn 160 calories. It works my lower legs really well and my heart rate gets. I sweat a lot when I do this so I know I am working out.
How accurate do you think it is? I usually only count it for 50 calories because it seems like it is way too much. I can put my weight into it. i also do the program for weight loss and it automatically changes the levels of incline and resistance.

It is probably fairly accurate. If you go to their website it has an explanation of why the calories burned are so high.
