Should I buy this treadmill?

There is an offer for a Proform Crosswalk 3.0XT treadmill in the paper for $500 (normally $900). Is it worth it? if not, are there any treadmills that I should get?

only get it if you know that for sure it has enough speeds to suit you running speed
