How should I lose weight [pics]?

I am going to be 16 in 8 days. I’m 5’3″ and about 123lbs. I really want to be about 115 and toned. I want to start working out tomorrow, however I’m not sure how to. My legs look small compared to my upper part, but idk, it’s not really an extreme difference [my arms are FAT!]. I used to walk and that worked for me, should I try to walk at least an hour a day? I have DDR, but that really doesn’t seem to work for me at all. At home stuff to do [that's simple] would be great, because I can’t go to a gym. We have an exercise bike and treadmill [that barely works, so I will probably be walking outside]. I have no bike to ride outside [brother broke it], so that’s out of the question. How do I attain my goal? I would love to have it within a few weeks if possible.

I think I ave broad shoulders, so that doesn’t help. >:[

First off I do not think that you need to lose weight at all because you look Absolutely fine but if you really want to lose weight then here is what I would do. Well if your legs are small then you probably shouldn’t be walking as much as doing upper body exercises. Still do walk though but focus more on the upper body. You can try to do simple crunches, push ups, and stuff like that. If you say that your arms are fat and you want to do some weight lifting. I do know some people who do not want mussely arms and if you don’t want that the do some lighter weights. You do not have to go to the gym to do this, you can find some objects around the house to lift that are around the weight you want. Hope this helps!
