How do i gain muscles? Im tired of being skinny!?
I am 6’4” 140lbs and i am tired of being called too skinny, i cant help it. I want to get fit and in shape so i feel better about myself. I work out everyday, I have been lifting barbells and using a machine by cybex that is simalar to the boflex(about 10-20 minutes of that), I also do about 30-40 minutes of cardio, tredmill, eliptical, arc trainer, rower and burn about 700 calories total on that. I drink protien shakes (muscle milk) everyday. I do wii fit. I am trying so hard and nothing seems to work. I have been doing all of this for about a month and a half, i always get motivated and then see no results. Should i see my doctor?
Your first mistake is doing cardio workouts ur prob already in shape determining ur weight and height wat u need to do is load up on the carbs and protein.Then change ur workout routine with free weights only and also i would recommend drinking whey protein shakes.You should really consider doing squats, and lunges too bulk u up very quickly those two exercises build ur entire frame.I hope i answered ur question with some of these key factors i see that u need within ur workout routine to get bulky.
