work out questions?
I’m trying to figure out the best way to accomplish my fitness goals. I would like to trim down the beer gut.. so, my current work out is like this:
5 days a week (on average, depending on obligations)
20 mins of cardio
25-30 mins of strength training (free weights, cybex). Is that enough cardio or should I be increasing it to loose more of the flab? any thoughts? suggested configurations?
weights 3 days to let your muscles heal. cardio every day 20+ min 5x a week. swimming is best cause its a full body workout and is a great toner because of the resistance
