What would make for a good fitness regimen?
I never noticed my dorm had a gym which was like free to use and I’m not really sure what to use or for how long
I’m trying to loose the gut + thighs maybe 20 pounds? was wondering
how long should i treadmil? spin? eliptical? what other machines are there that you would recommend? especially to make my thighs less fat
Working the muscles under the fat areas will not reduce that fat anymore than working out any of your muscles.
Males are better served by weight training, but if you must use the cardio machines, you should know that the first thirty minutes of aerobic exercise only burns off the sugar in your bloodstream. The NEXT thirty minutes begins to burn your fat reserves.
