I’m looking to buy a treadmill, and I’ve found this one;

Would this be adequate for raising fitness levels, and losing weight, or should I look for a better model?
Because the items new, I’ve been unable to find any reviews online.

As far as I know the one you are thinking of buying is ok.My friend has just bought the same one.Treadmills will help with all round fitness and aid weight loss.Quite high impact though so make sure you buy yourself some good running shoes.Hope this helps
