how to train for an ironman?
I am 14 and i want to compete in a New orleans 70.3 Ironman in april of 2009. what will i need to do to finish the ironman in under 8 hours
Swim alot, Run alot, and bike like theres no tommarow.
Plus drink 8oz of water every hour like a week before the iron man.
Eat really good things like fruit and stuff that has carbs.
Then i would recommend getting a trainer….it would help you loads!
