Crash Weight Gain?
I want to use Joe Weider’s Crash Weight Gain Formula, but before I start investing 70 dollars a packet, I want to know if there are any risks involved with this product. I have never used any weight gain products before and am not sure which to use, there are also some I saw at GNC Protein and Whey products. Please advise.

Besides, thats way too much money. just spend that money on gainers and creatine. They’ll give you more bang for your buck. And don’t forget the number one way to gain weight: EAT! Any true body builder knows nutrition is much more important than supplements.
