want to get in shape before march?
im around 127 Lbs, (5’6, muscular) and i want to get down to 120 before spring break becuz were going to key west and i want to look thin and in shape before i wear a swim suit. i just signed up for a membership to a fitness center, so do u think running three miles or more on a treadmill 3-4 days a week would work? also, im horriable with snacks i cant stop eating then and its really bad. im not fat, i just want to get rid of my stomach haha. thanks!

what has helped me A LOT so far is…. count those calories… allow 1000 a day & do not go over.. and the running will make a huuuge difference GOOD LUCK! HAVE FUN IN KEY WEST!!!!!!!!!!!
