How do I convert the rpm of a nordic track cx925 elliptical into miles?
How do I convert the rpm and total revs into mph and miles. I don’t know what the measurements are of it, which is why I included the model.

Actually, in one footstep, you move 1/2 of the circumference. You move the full circumference in two, or one rotation. I was kind of actually looking for a person that actually knew the equations or the measurements…
well, one revolution would be two footsteps right? for each of these “footsteps” you move your foot the distance of about the diameter of the circle that the pedals attach to. so you could find the diameter of the circle on the elliptical, multiply that by two for two steps per revolution, and multiply by the number of revolutions.
(diameter of circle) X 2 X (number of revolutions) = distance your feet moved in whatever measurement you used to measure the diameter
realize that ellipticals are not very good estimators of distance. there is alot of other movement that does not move you forward. If you want to know how far you run per workout, run around a track.
