Pro Form Treadmill
I have a treadmill that i waz using the other day.. all of sudden?
i wanted incline to i pressed it.. and i got off then i try to put it back on and all it’d do is incline.. its crazy.. i tried resetting it .. and its not going good. Its a Pro-form X542s.. HELP.. my grandmother n aunt is gonna kill me
I’m going to guess here because it’s hard to tell you what’s wrong with something I can’t see and test. I’m beting because the motor works to get it up (and because all you do to get it down is reverse the motor) that the problem is with the down switch or control button. There may be a wire loose that takes the decline signal to the motor that has come loose or broken also. If the control panel is a solid state touch pad expect the replacement to be a bit costly. If you had some mechanical expertise you could more than likely manually lower the incline.
