pro-form 915 treadmill?
does anyone else own one of these. I don’t have the instuctions and need to know if the belt needs wax or silicone on it, It seems to slip alot and i think it is due to the friction on the board. Can anyone help?
All treadmills need a regular application of silicon oil to the board under the running mat. You need to apply a thin coating of the oil all over the board, getting right to the centre. This will help it run more smoothly and reduce wear through friction.
The mat may also need adjusting a little, but lubricate it first as that’s more likely to be the problem. Depending on how much you use the treadmill it should be lubricated every 1-6 months in a home environment.
