Weider Max Weight
I am using the site fitday to help me figure out calories taken in and used.?
My problem is that i have a max by weider weight machine and it has rowing capabilities but i dont know which to choose in fitday help me out.
Rowing, stationary ergomoeter, general
Rowing, stationary, 50 W, light effort
Rowing, stationary, 100 W, moderate effort
Rowing, stationary, 150 W, vigorous effort
The machine is set up like this , it has a seat that slides on a track, and i grab the handles with my selected weight and put my feet against the foot plate and push out and come back in. So which of those options would best fit this.?
If I had to guess, the rowing that site is talking about is more in the vein of a rowing machine than a weight machine. One is for cardio and one (the one you seem to be using) is for building the lattissimus muscles in your back.
