However, in a very competitive world, every dollar counts. Buying medicines and vitamins can be very expensive which causes stress. Getting a monthly membership in a fitness club is like risking ones life on getting injured while using a treadmill and can be very time consuming while being surrounded by sweaty people. Utilizing time by seating in the couch can help understand one self through soul-searching and helps promote conservation of energy. Eating foods regardless of total calories can help a person experience the total maximum satisfaction of ones taste buds through the rich diversity of food.

Doctors and television programs tell us that being out of shape can be fatal. Spending too much on medicine and vitamins can cause stress. Using a treadmill in a gym can cause injury, and even if it doesn’t who wants to spend time surrounded by sweaty people?
It’s better to save energy while sitting on the couch and searching one’s soul or to eat food without regard for the calorie count, experiencing instead the maximum satisfaction of one’s taste buds through the rich diversity of food.
