weider protein shakes to gain weight?
i’m underweight, weigh around 90-95 ibs, i’m about 5’2 and is 15years old. I have a fast metabolism, so its really difficult for me to gain weight, and i hate being so skinny and being called anorexic, when i eat all the time 
. I was wondering if weider protein shakes would help me gain weight, if so, how regularly should i take them?
If you sleep well, have a good apetite, don’t get sick & feel good – don’t worry about it.
The shakes wouldn’t help that much. You could try resistance training – Weight lifting.
