Knee Popping out?
I’m 15 and My knee has been popping out for the last year I’d say. It can vary from once a month to once a week. Sometimes i can pop my knee back in quickly, and then sometimes it takes me a while from the pain. Its not really pain, its just really discomforting. Last week i was working on my weider weight system and my left knee popped out. as i was tryin to lift it up and re-arrange it to pop it back in, my right knee popped out. it took me a while until i built up the courage to just stand up, and they both popped back in. Why do my knees keep popping out? Im not even sure if its “popping out” all i know is that something in my knee is being pulled down or out and then i have to straighten my leg to pop it back in.
Why are my knees doing that?
Is anyone else having the same problems?
Yeah i’m very flexible and stretch about everyday, especially for when im training in MMA

I have the same problem too. I’m 16 and this has happened to me for about a year also. I really can’t explain the feeling either. It feels like a popping feeling, but not so much a dislocation. Of course I went to the doctor and I ended up finding out that I have patellofemoral pain syndrome. (When I heared this I was like what the hell?) anyways, this is basically were the patella is out of alignment and or it slips out of place at times. So, I was maybe thinking that this is what you were feeling. If I were you, try going to a sports medicine place. I go to MSU sports medicine and with a little physical thyrapy I was better within months. So good luck!
