The Cybex Arc
Working out 2 hours a day?
I currently do 1 hour of intense cardio a day. 30 minutes running/jogging/walking at intervals of 6mph and 4mph. I then do 30 minutes on the Cybex arc trainer, at a quick pace and maximum incline. It is a good workout but I feel like I should be doing more. I don’t want to do TOO much and get diminished returns, but I am very committed and want results. I have already made the diet change, but I just want to know how long can I spend doing cardio a day without killing myself? I am 19 y/o and in decent health. I understand the body goes catabolic after 90 minutes? Thank you.
Don’t over do it to much i think you are doing enough, if you want better results the best thing you can do is join a GYM where they have professionals that can teach you the right exercises for the right areas you want to improve and the good thing is it really works no made up miracles!
