How to set DATE on Timex Ironman Triathlon 8 lap (ladies?) watch? Please help or send link?? Thank YOU!?
Press and hold the Set/Recall button (top left button on the watch) until “Set TIME 1″ appears. Press Mode. The time numbers should appear with the hours flashing.
Press the Mode button (bottom left button) repeatedly until the day and date flash. Press the Start/Split button or the Stop/Reset button to cycle through the day of week, month, or day of month, depending on what it is you want to set.
Press Set/Recall again to exit. Your watch should now be set.
