Tunturi has been producing fitness machines for 80 years. A new line of the Tunturi is the Tunturi T series which brings a bit of the commercial treadmill machines into the home. They are available at an affordable price. The organizations treadmill machines range in price from about 1,500 dollars to about 4,000 dollars. The more expensive tread mills are the commercial running machines. Most Tunturi treadmill machines hold around a 245 to 330 lb max weight. Depending what model you buy the max speed is somewhere between 10 mph and 14 mph. They give tread mills that fold to save on space when you are not using it. Some of their tread mills do not fold though. The treadmills vary in sizes and also now all have a built in heart rate reader.
Tunturi offers a decent warranty with their tread mills. For the home running machines you are available a 15 year warranty on the frame and motor, and a 2 year electrical warranty. Like most goods if you register your product the warranty is extended. Tunturi extends both the frame and motor warranty and the electrical warranty for an additional year. The commercial ones only comes with a 1 year warranty.
