Used Treadmills Exercise Equipment
Which piece of exercise equipment is best for me?
I’m thinking of buying one piece of exercise equipment to put in my room, i’ll use it for about 45 minutes a day. What i really want is to lose fat from my legs and tone up, but i don’t want to become really muscly and bulky, i just want to be think and toned. I was thinking about buying either a cross-trainer, a bicycle or a treadmill. Which one would be more effective?
The tread mill and bicycle are very effective for legs 
they both tone but bicycle helps thigh muscles more…..so its up to you whether you prefer cycling or running ??
