Weider 110
I have my son’s J. Weider #110 rubber band workout bench. Need instructions on how to use the bench and bands?
I would like to start using this bench, but don’t know how the bench works! Help! 
Use the link below to their website. Click on the “owner’s manuals” and enter your model number. It will then provide you with the owners manual so you can print it off. If they don’t have the one you need, click on “customer service” at the top of the page and request it. They will then email it to you. I saw oodles of models 110 but wasn’t sure what is the exact name of your product.
