Mega Mass 4000?
Hi there, im looking to gain weight quicker along with normal eating and I’ll be working out. ive come across this product from Weider called Giant Mega Mass 4000, looks good but what do other people think? Seems to be the only real one with everything packed into it.

I’ve only used gainers once because they are too expensive, but I read the nutrition label carefully and I think you will be getting quite good nutritional benefits, along with the requisite protein and carbohydrates. It’s rather low in fiber though, so make sure you compensate for that in your regular meals. (Fiber may seem to work AGAINST your weight-gain goal by making you feel full, but it works by making sure all that protein actually gets digested.)
While more food is a great and relatively inexpensive option, it may be difficult to stuff your face every few hours and keep all that food down. Gainers will help you take in lots of calories in liquid form easily.
