NEED HELP WITH WEIGHT LIFTING!?

i asked this same question but i didnt get the exact answer i wanted.

am 16 years old and ive always lfited weights every now and then but never realy stuck to it. I realy wanna start doing it a lot and get big. I need help on how much i should lift how many times i lift it and when i lift it. I have a weider pro 7500 and lots of weights and a curl bar and everything please just tell me whats good to do and how many times and stuff. Please don’t answer if you don’t know what your talking about.

someone told me to do 8 reps of 6 sets but how much weight should i lift? my max or what?

do the core workouts like bench press/squats/etc and lift heavy. yes 6-8 reps is what you wanna do if you want to get stronger. heavy weight for fewer reps
