Weider Weight Station
What work out tips tone the backside including lower back, the LOWRISE problem area in the back.?
I have a the Weider cross bow with the personal trainer and the squat station and I am not really sure how to address the lowrise jean area in the back. Please include weight and instructions.
I hurt my lower back some time ago, and was placed on light duty at work.
I now have no restictions and feel strong, I just need to know what to do, method and quick tips thanks in advance for your help.
