i am about 130 pounds and i want to get a protein drink that will help me gain muscle mass after working out
i went to a costco and saw a fruit protein drink and i wanted to know if this would help me gain muscle or is it just like a fruit drink

dont waste you time with that stuff, its garbage, Go to GNC or another place like that and buy Optimum Nutritions Gold standard 100% whey. It is what I use and it is the best bang for the buck. Bodybuilding.com has named it #1 protein several years in a row and it isnt all that expensive. they have stuff called any whey and you can mix that with a fruit drink, but just get the chocolate, its good tasting, for protein powder that is plus it has more protein per serving
